Of Pro Audio Excellence

In the burgeoning Detroit music scene of the 1990s, Mike and Andrew Nehra were recording bands at their studio, White Room Studios. After a trip to Europe to source vintage Neve modules, the brothers decided to keep a portion of their collection and sell the rest, laying the foundation for what would become Vintage King.

Operating out of White Room and while touring with their band, Robert Bradley's Blackwater Surprise, the Nehras turned their passion for recording gear into a growing business. Through their connections and commitment to the recording community, Vintage King officially became a company in 1993 and began to expand quickly.
