The API 2448 delivers everything you’d expect from a modern analog console while staying true to the brand’s unmistakable sound.

Available in 24-, 32-, and 40-channel frames, each channel comes fully loaded with a mic preamp, EQ, and dual inputs, with support for API 500 Series modules. Even the 24-channel frame offers up to 56 channels to the mix bus, along with 8 multitrack buses, 8 aux sends, 4 stereo returns, and a dedicated stereo bus.

A full-featured center section provides 5.1 surround monitoring, classic analog metering, and optional 529C stereo bus compression, while 100mm faders (manual or automated) give engineers precise control.

With comprehensive rear panel I/O and workflow options designed for today’s studios, the 2448 strikes the perfect balance between flexibility, functionality, and API’s signature punch.
